The installation can be a bit tricky since they use springs rather than the typical retaining method. You have to hook two springs behind the light in the recessed can blindly since your hand and the light are in the way. Also, when you screw the bulb in you run the risk of unhooking the socket from the light since they both turn in the same direction. Make for a 30 minute installation rather than what should be a 5 minute. But it is a perfect light for our decor

We had a rather large kitchen redo. Our "new" kitchen was too elegant for the recessed trim fixtures the contractor had installed. The designer suggested looking for trims online. Thrilled with what I found at Lighting Universe! Service has been terrific, too.

They were a little hard to install and requires a particular light bulb that has a 'long neck' to fit the cone.

We love the look and we are very pleased with the quality.
