Love this item, easy to assemble, quality materials and best of all it makes a really nice (gentle) sound as the water trickles down the stone. My only suggestion for improvement would be to modify it so that there was a switch to turn the light on & off - - - as it is now, when the fountain is plugged in, the halogen light is always on.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
