Have not installed yet, but fixtures look ok. Good price, fast delivery. Free shipping is a definite plus.
I hope I don't have to return them though, because there is a 20% restocking fee !! - not good.

Does this come as a plug in model?
A:No these do not come in a plug in version, however I was told that it can be done "after the fact so to speak" with a little bit of handyman and electrical knowledge.

What is the difference between the 25 watt and 17 watt lights? Does the 25 put out more light?
A:The 25w would put our more light. To compare fluorescent to incandescent 17w F is about the same as 60 Incandescent and 25w F would be similar to 75w incandescent.

Will the ballasts operate properly this winter without heat?
A:I believe they are rated for 0 degrees.
