I puchased this light for a walk-in closet that was being added to my bathroom renovation. I was told by a lighting contact that flourescent lights are usually best in closets. The room is about 6 ft by 7 ft. This light is the only light I have in the closet and provides plenty of light for the entire closet area. It sits fairly close to the ceiling which I also like. I chose this product because I didn't want the usual long, and what I consider ugly, bar type flourescent light. I'm very pleased with this light.

I had gotten several of these and several of the Quorum 19" square light. These lights were packaged much more securely and the installation was much easier. Unlike the 19" lights the mounting holes on this light included a set on the 45 degree diagonal that match the screws on a standard octagonal box. Wiring and mounting was easy, light is bright and looks good. Good value.

I like the light - it is everything that was described, however, the mounting does not allow for any flexibility as it mounts directly to the existing box. In my case, the light is at a 45 degree angle to the walls. Also found a comprible light for about $20 less that did have a mounting plate that allowed the light to be repositioned to match the walls but even that one I had to mount at 45 degrees to the wall to match this one.
