I've gone through a series of similar desk lamps (mostly with hot halogen bulbs) and I was tired of replacing the bulbs and the lamps themselves--they just didn't put up with hard daily use. This lamp looks crisp and modern. The adjustable arm is stiff, so it holds its shape well. The head is easily positioned to put the light exactly where you need it. And happily, I'm done with burning my hand trying to adjust a lamp with a hot halogen bulb.With this lamp, the whole head remains cool enough to adjust even if it has been on for hours. I'm thinking of getting another one.

The lamp is nice and compact. I was expecting it to be brighter since it has 20 LEDS. It could have had a wider angle of illumination also. One plus is that it does not get hot and uses very little electric.

My only itty-bitty complaint would be that I would like it to have a broader range of lighting. I use it on my credenza at work - it was a good purchase!!
