Fan was beautifully packed--all parts included--good directions for installation. Added a light kit, which was of the same quality. Great addition to our home office.

nice fan - not so easy to install

This is a wonderful fan, however instead of a hook type installation fan is inserted into a box, making installation a little more complicated.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
