This wall fountain is simple, attractive looking. And it has the same fault as many others I have tried. The mechanical noise of the pump is louder than the sound of the water falling. I have been in places where the water fountain is the predominate noise. Perhaps that is only available in the fountains that cost 10 x as much?

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
