This product looked just as it did in the online pictures. The photos of the product in a kitchen environment helped me visualize what the lighting would look like in my room. I was worried the color would not be as shown and would not go with my kitchen, but it was just as it appeared on line. Also, I got very helpful service when I called to ask questions before I placed my order. I did not install them myself, so I cannot speak to the ease of installation, but my electrician had not trouble installing them. They look great and are just what I was looking for. I am very pleased.
