Forged Bronze finish was new to me and I didn't really know what to expect. Basically it looks like oil rubbed bronze or some dark finish, but the 'rubbed parts' are more of a golden tone. The little 'notches' on the tops of the lights and in between each light are the 'rubbed off golden color'. At first I wasn't really digging that color and was afraid it wouldn't match my oil rubbed bronze stuff in the kitchen, but once it was hung it looks fine and you don't really notice it at all. I would recommend this light, I think it's beautiful.

I Googled the search words "Kitchen Island Lighting Fixtures" and a plethora of options came up. After trying and rejecting several, I clicked on ATG and found what appeared to be the exact sort of light that I had envisioned for the space in my kitchen. The only drawback to the site was the huge amount of fixtures to choose from, but fortunately, for me, I found what I was looking for in the first 5 pages of options. After ordering it, I had some questions and called ATG and the customer service rep was superb in answering them. Still, I had some skepticism and was concerned that the light might not be high quality, as the price point was rather low. The shipping was lightning-fast and FREE and the light was fantastic in quality. My electrician found it relatively easy to install and everyone who comes to the house says that the fixture transforms the room, the perfect touch for a 200 year old historic home, it hangs above a huge, antique soapstone tub/sink original to the house, illuminating it perfectly. In short, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATG for your lighting needs.

Looks good; fairly solid construction. Nothing too special but we wanted a value set that looked more expensive. This set fits the bill nicely. It's a big upgrade over the builder-standard junk that was here when we moved in!
