not good for outdoor areas where you have water

I order these and the issue with them is they are listed as garden lights, but you are not supposed to have them near water? What garden does not come in contact with water. If you have a dry indoor application they are attractive and I am sure would work fine.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
