Tech Lighting's Monorail is a hand-bendable, field-cuttable low-voltage track rated for 300 watts. Each section of track is shipped with two conductive connectors to join rail sections end to end.
To complete the Monorail system, you will need:
- Standoffs (either adjustable or rigid) to support track
- Extra connectors, if needed (either isolating, conductive, or flexible) to attach track together
- A standoff should be used every 3' of track (stand-offs should also be placed at each end, and where extra curves or heavy components are added. Use rigid standoffs for curvy and heavy runs)
- Power Feed Canopy with Remote Transformer, or Surface Transformer
- End Caps for a finished look
- Power Extenders or Rigid Standoffs, based on the desired length and style of the system; (8' recommended maximum drop)
- Compatible light heads; see Tech Lighting Low-Voltage Heads for a selection of compatible light heads. Please confirm that the lights you choose are listed as compatible with the Monorail system.
Note: See accessories for standoffs, power feeds, transformers, vaulted ceiling adapters, and other Monorail components (sold separately).
