It's a lamp, I plugged it in, turned it on and it worked. It arrived double boxed which is always good and had no signs of damage. The lamp looked good except for the handle that protrudes down from the head. The handle gives you something to grab onto when you want to re-position the head The lamp itself was flawless. The swivel mechanisms were smooth as was the on/off dimmer switch. .

I had a very positive experience when I purchased a product from Allied Trade Group. The customer service rep was very responsive and prompt. Product was sent on time and was very satisfactory.

Very nice looking lamp. Just what I was looking for in looks. Love the variable on/off switch. But, after only a few days use, my lamp stopped working. The customer service I received was excellent! But, I was disappointed in the lamp I first received. The second one I received doesn't has as nice of a finish on it... scratched/knicks in the arm piece... but so far it is still working. This bulb does seem to give off quite a bit of heat that I wasn't expecting. Hopefully the one that stopped working was the exception not the rule, because I do like this lamp. Wasn't able find anything like it in a local store.
