Perfect small table light for beside reading. Halogen bulb does generate heat and I would NOT use it around children or elderly due to chance of being burned. Burnished metal and white opaque glass is very attractive. Off/on switch is on cord and it took some pressure to put glass onto the metal holder but overall great look and great price.

2 lamps arrived in perfect shape and in quick response. The lamps are accuratedly pictured except the brass is even more attractive. Glass is cloudy white. For bedside reading lamps they are perfect for small bedside tables. The lights included are halogen, so they give out heat and I would recommend for adults only due to burn potential if not careful. Otherwise they are the perfect size, and maniuplate to perfect reading spots for bedtime reading.
