Sometimes you would like to see an item in person, but I could not find anything like this locally. The description and picture gave me a good idea of what the lamp would look like and how big it would be. It fits my space perfectly and looks exactly like I imagined it would. I am very pleased with quality and overall look.

Was missing a small part in the shipment. Got very professional response on the phone (expected to have a hassle). The part was shipped immediately as promised.

Nice lamp for sure! Wish it had shown a photo of the top, somehow I assumed it would be closed but it is open, makes light coming off it a bit unbalanced, but overall a very nice lamp.
