Overview

Each Shimmy lamp has a three-tier shade with rows of round paper disks framed in chrome dangling from each tier. The disks rotate freely, catching light from inside and outside of the shade.

Disks are 2.5” diameter.
Tiers are 3” apart.

Cheap quality, lots of plastic.
Interesting design though.
Can see too much of the light bulb.
Also lamp is only bright white and silver, looks like a softer gold/yellow in picture.

I love, love, love my lamp!  Simple to put together, excellent construction and quality.  I love the way the hanging circles play on the walls and ceiling when lit.

I bought this for my 14-year old daughter's room, and it looks great!  I didn't actually assemble it, my daughter did.  And, since she didn't seem to have any issues with the instructions, I'm assuming they were easy to follow.  We're very happy with our purchase!
