This model includes a return that may be accepted by some municipalities as substantially compliant though it does not return to within half an inch of the door.

Lever dimensions: Length: 5.39" (137mm) – Projection: 2.24" (57mm) - Return projection: 1.97" (50 mm). Accommodates door thicknesses 1¾" and greater. Standard backsets 2½" and 2¾" as well as narrow backsets 2" and 1¾" available; some functions are only available with a standard backset. 0.31" (8mm) spindle. Stainless steel or aluminum; stainless steel is strongly recommended for high traffic and heavy-duty applications. ASA Strike regularly supplied with curved lip (ANSI Standard A 115.1).
