Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast. All pieces were packaged and assembly was not difficult. But some pieces fit better than others. However one chair has scuff marks on the back. The legs are uneven on another chair so that one wobbles back and forth. On this model - the foot rest is not comfortable to the feet. This chair is very good to look at, but not good at all to sit on.
