This is an easy upgrade, great for any bathroom! If you have one of the old vanity strip light (with the "movie star" like globe lights)like we did, this fixture is a great replacement. The long brushed nickel backplate covered up all the previous holes in the wall from other fixtures, and matches our brushed nickel faucets. The fixture provides a nice uplight, and really illuminates our long double vanity area.

We bought this fixture to replace an old bar type one with halogen bulbs which seemed to burn out every couple months. Decided we wanted a fixture that used regular or CFL bubls and this fit the bill. It looks very elegant and would coordinate with almost any style. The only drawback was the fact that the original packaging wasn't too sturdy and one end of the fixture was bent but it was easily put back in place. Great value for the price with an elegant look.

This was a good selection. I painted an upstairs bathroom and replaced a 15 year old vanity light that was tres cheap! It does have less light intensity, due to the sconces covering the globes. I would suggest it to homeowners wishing to buy a classy vanity light with little or no hassle to install.

The fixture is just what I was hoping for. It's a beautiful piece.

Unfortunately, the mounting instructions weren't clearly understood. It also would be helpful to have more than one opening on the back plate for instances when the power box is not centered on the wall. Mine was 7 inches off center and I had to get an electrician to drill a new hole so I could get access to the wiring.
