There is always a little fear that once the item arrives it may not be the quality or the finish desired. My husband was greatly impressed with both. With confirmation, follow-up on order and shipment status my confidence in this company increased. We are very happy. We will use and recommend Lighting Universe to everyone we know.

Everything arrived on-time and in excellent condition. I was worried about the glass surviving shipment, but it was very well packaged and protected. My only minor complaint would be that I expected polished brass, and it is a bit antiqued (darkened in the crevices) - but that is my mistake - its what the picture showed. Regardless - it does look nice!

Bought this light fixture for a remodeled bathroom. It looks very nice, high quality, not cheap looking at all. Only thing I was less than thrilled with - the globes are not the ivory/white color they appear in the picture - they are actually an opaque pinky color - which works OK but I would prefer if they had been ivory as they are in the picture.

I ordered 2 sets of lights for over the vanity. Each was shipped separately. The globes do not match identically. Trying to resolve at present.
