Arrived just as pictured. Had a problem with the ring that holds up the globe but received a new piece in the mail within days after advising the company.

We found ATG after two unsuccessful orders with a competitor who advertised light fixtures in stock but were not. The first came back with a fast ship date only to be superceded with an out of stock until March. So cancelled and ordered a different one, only to be advised later that is was no longer available from the manufacturer.

We found this Brookfield from ATG and having had two previous bad experiences with in stock items, I phoned ATG and spoke to a very pleasant customer service person named Katie. She informed me the product was in stock, as well as the companion fixture we wanted in the bathroom toilet area.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the order processed the same day and shipped the following day, beating the estimate of 5 working days from Katie by two days.

While the color wasn't the exact match we hoped for, the fixture was easy to put together and install, and we liked the fact that the sconce had the option to install down or up. We liked it up so decided to mount that way.
