I purchased two of these light fixtures for my remodeled bathroom. They look exactly like the photo and I am very happy with the purchase! There are a couple of very minor imperfections in the frosted glass, but you can't even see them unless you look at the light VERY closely -- now that they're installed, I don't notice it at all. They were assembled/installed by an electrican, so I can't comment on the instructions/assembly.
