I had not used this vendor before and I was hesitant to purchase a lighting fixture online, but I had been unable to locate one which fit the budget considerations, quality parameters, space restrictions, and style required. However, this light did not disappoint. It arrived within the time estimated, it was packaged extremely well, and I was told it was easy to install (we had it done professionally). We inverted the fixture so it appears to be three candles, installed a dimmer, and we absolutely love it. I would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend. The only qualification is that I also ordered 3 bulbs to fit the fixture and they have not arrived yet -- which necessitated a trip to the store to to buy bulbs before we installed the fixture -- and I will need to followup with Lighting Universe to either get a credit or insure they arrive.

From the very beginning, my experience with Lighting Universe was wonderful! The selection was extensive and ordering was a breeze. I received a confirmation email as well as updates of the order status. I am very pleased with Lighting Universe.
