Lighting Universe was a pleasure to work with; answered questions knowledgebly and professionally, offered good online service as well (live chat). Unit arrived damaged due to shipper's brutal handling, but Lighting Universe handled it so beautifully that I wasn't upset. They sent a new one that day which arrived promptly, and they didn't even require me to send back the damaged one. It's rare to get such great customer service; and I would recommend them without question both on price (their bathbars were cheaper than others I found online) and customer service.

We are updating our bath lighting preparing to sell. Wanted to convert brass fixtures to brushed nickel. Was alittle worried because the price was very low but the lights were perfect fit and just as described. Shipping was very quick and shopping experience was very easy.

Is as advertised.

I bought this to update an old fixture--old fixture is the same design, in a different color that no longer matches the rest of the bathroom. Conveniently, the design has not changed, so the shiny new front fit over the old base, meaning the swap-out will be trivial. (I've not installed it yet.)

Arrived in good shape with no dents or scratches.

The installation instructions were not good. I purchased a vanity light bar and there were no instructions on how the chrome face plate was attached to the base. By chance I figured it out, but not before removing several screws of the light sockets. Once I discovered that the sockets just pulled out, putting the screws back was very difficult.

I suggest that you give a light package to an executive or secretary and let them see if they can figure out the installation on their own. With your instructions, I bet they cannot.
