I bought this for my dining room (now an office) and it is perfect! The stock photo shows one way of mounting, but it also includes chain and extra wiring to make it hang lower for high ceilings. Installing took a little time, but it was well worth it! I bought the light that handles 4 regular light bulbs and the light that comes from it is great for the space I have. The rounded, white glass bowl on the light makes it a nice, subdued light and we have it on a dimmer switch, so we can change it as needed. I love the simple look of this light so much that I'm buying the regular flush mount light for my foyer.

Fixture looks great, simple lines and exactly what we were looking for. Rec'd in a timely manner, in perfect condition, and the price was great as well. Also, provides the perfect amount of light while looking good. Would highly recommend it.

This light fixture looks great. I chose to keep it as a semi-flush mount and not use the chain. The only negative is that I wish that the light was brighter. There are spots for four bulbs but the max wattage is 60W per bulb. My ceilings are very high which doesn't help. Overall, it fits the room nicely. Most likely, I will just use some additional lamps to help with the brightness.
