Simply said...beautiful. The fan is strikingly beautiful and is so quite that you're not even aware that the fan is going. The lighting can be whatever you so desire...strong or very soft. The remote control is a wonderful addition to the other Casablanca fan I've had for 25 years (and still running strong). The old adage is true...you get what you pay for. Yes, I think the Casablanca fans are somewhat on the pricey side BUT on the other hand they last at least 4 times longer. This fan/light is so much more than I had hoped for...I knew that it appeared to be just what I wanted but the quality was so much more. I'm very pleased.
