Includes a 3" Perma•Lock downrod to simplify installation while providing solid performance and improved appearance

Every Casablanca fan is backed by a 120 day in-home service warranty. Should your Casablanca fan not meet your satisfaction, we will send a trained representative to your home to service it. Simply call Casablanca at 888-227-2178 for referral to your Authorized Service Center.

Shipping was fast. Assembly a bit tricky as some holes on the canopy would not accept the screws so we drilled them bigger. No big deal. The fan looks nice and moves the air very well. Much better than my old fan. I highly recommend it.

A:Yes this is an inside fan, or it could be an outside fan as long as it is placed in a dry area. No remote, you can use low ceiling adapter that has to be purchased separately.
