Very little light and you can only operate with the remote.  Its extremely heavy-once we had it installed the remote for the light part stopped working. Very frustrating!

Looking at the directions, it seemed simple, but the light cover wouldn't screw in and it broke.  Thankfully, the company said they'd replace it no charge.
