Love this fan but a pop-up came up for the $50.00 remote which is useless unless you put a light on the fan. I would still like to return the remote.

Fan was beautifully packed--all parts included--good directions for installation. Added a light kit, which was of the same quality. Great addition to our home office.

a huge disappointment

This fan was not as advertised. This fan is exclusively for newly built homes, or new construction. The bracket is to be recessed into your ceiling, not from a pre existing light unit already set. If you do not want to create a hole or vault into your ceiling to add this fan due to the size and density of the light bracket, do not purchase this fan. This is not stated on the ad on this website. What a letdown.

I am looking for a hugger fan, since my ceilings are low. The condo is not new, but there are ceiling fan in place. Any suggestions? A:In that spot type in hugger fans and that should bring up these type of fans. Also when you are looking at the hugger fans if you look to the left of the page you can narrow your search down.
