I've only had this fan for a month, but it looks great and works as I expected.

I assembled the fan (easy), and had it professionally installed as part of a room renovation.

The fan does not need a wall switch (although I was told it did and bought one). All controls can be done at the fan from a pull cord.

I would definitely buy it again.
