A very nice fan for the money. As a builder I install many fans and this one was simple to install and runs very quietly and evenly, no balancing required. With no light it's just right for a ceiling under 8'. Very nice finish applied to the casing! Great bargain!

I was shoppin for the ceiling hugger fan without the light locally. Come to findout they would have to special order. The chage was $176.00 with no special charges added? I decided to look online and thank goodness I did. The fan is quiet and easy to install.

The fan I received is as pictured and I had no problems with installing the product. It works great and I am very pleased with the value and it exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful finding a fan that met all of my needs for what was required for where it had to be installed.Very please with shipping and the efficiently of the company handling the order.
