This fan works fabulously. I am very happy with the look. It is modern, but really goes with my primitive decor. Visually appealing with the three blades. It cools unbelievably on high, and is quiet and doesn't wobble. I had an electrician install it on a cathedral ceiling which is 20 feet high. Comes with remote and lights! The lighting is just right. Great deal, love it. Highly recommend. Fast shipping also.

good fan for the money

I like the contemporary styling of this fan. I just wish it had a wall switch. Not sure how easy it was to install since we hired an electrician to do it. Overall we're happy with it.

Very nice, modern fan. Works well , when it works. Out of 3 I bought for upstairs, one has an electrical short circuit that prevents me from using the light kit. I am in the process of getting another one. Other than that, I am very satisfied

Is this lamp only with a remote? A:Unfortunately, this lamp does not come with the pull down chain option. It can however be controlled by a wall switch and/or remote control option. Adam
