The shipment arrived sooner than anticipated. Got updated e-mails regularly. Everything was in great condition upon arrival. The lady on the phone was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I needed a 5 foot down rod that would match my fan and she helped me pick the right one that matched my fans and I'm so glad I called her because I would have picked the wrong one myself!! Everything really turned out great and we're enjoying our double fans in the family room.

Very unique ceiling fan. Runs quietly and puts out great airflow. Dimmer for lights is also a very user friendly addition.
