I bought this for my 10 year old daughter's room. She loves it and I think it's darling. My only negative is it doesn't give enough light to be used on its own. I wish the product description indicated this as we used it to replace her ceiling fixture. The description says there is only one bulb, which warns that the light may be low but some halogen bulbs are quite bright and it was hard to determine the light level without installing it. We bought a floor lamp to compensate so it's all good.
