I love this web site. It is set up perfectly, especially for a technically challenged person like me. I was a little surprised that the chandelier is made mostly from plastic - however it cost less than $200.00 so I have no one to blame but myself. The ordering and delivery process was seamless, and free delivery can't be beat. I would definitely use this site again.

This chandelier is really pretty. The only problem I had is getting the ball chains on the bottom to be equal - not too high or too low - you have to move the arms to get them spaced evenly and the fixture balanced. Overall very nice, I am happy with it.
