Installation would be easier if they included more pictures. You have to open the chain links to attach. instructions recommend A19 bulbs but will need A15 bulbs. I am very happy with the lamp.

okay lamp

Reasonably easy to assemble - The quality is not all that great but it works okay. Kind if tinny and you have to bend the arms to get it to look right but it is alright for the $$ and you can get it up without much trouble. Looks okay.

very nice looking light...wrong bulbs though

The light is well made and the shades have a nice warm color to the glass. Don't order the recommended bulbs though as they're too long and stick out at the bottom of the shades.
