Beautiful light fixture, excellent craftsmanship.

I fell in love with this chandelier from the picture, and I have to say it is even more beautiful up close and personal! The workmanship is extraordinary. The packaging was excellent and the lamp was in perfect condition when unpacked. The globes are secured inside with a collar that screws on, and a wrench to tighten the collars was included. We installed the lamp easily within 30 minutes and it is the focal point of the dining room - so lovely! I would happily purchase from ATG Stores again. The chandelier was shipped promptly and at a much better price than I could find anywhere else. I couldn't be more pleased!!!

This is a very nice quality fixture. The finish is well done and the design is attractive, but it was much more expensive than we expected a light fixture to be. Other than price, we only had one other complaint: When we went to install it, there was no S-ring included for attaching the adjustable-length chain at the ceiling (S-rings are a common fixture in other lights as they provide ease of installation). The instructions simply said to "attach the chain," but made no mention of how to do so. When we called Hubbardton Forge they said they expected our electrician to bend the chain links to open them and then bend them shut. We were concerned that opening the links would damage the finish, but by using pliers wrapped in a soft tape we were able to open the links without causing any damage.
