I love the grace and simplicity of these fixtures. We purchased them for a house with a beach and island view, with Queen Anne and and traditional furniture. The fixture is not heavy, so easy to hang, except we found the nipple long for our "j" box and took some adjusting. The chains are so strong that bending/opening a link for hanging took tools. We used two different finishes. Iron in the kitchen nook to compliment the antique nickle hardware and stainless appliances. Dark smoke in the dining room to compliment antique brass and dark cherry of the furniture. Would recommend seeing finishes in person before purchase.

I like the chandelier and it's very hard to find American made lighting. The only thing that was not what I expected was that the glass was made in China. There must be American glass companies you could use.

We recently purchased this light for our eat in kitchen table. It's a perfect fit for our decor - simple, elegant, not overpowering. We recently purchased complementing wall sconces as well which are equally beautiful.
