I ordered the chandelier in shiny brass to replace an expensive brass chandelier the previous house owner was taking with her. This looks much more expensive than what I paid for it, and really fits my 15' by 15' dining room perfectly. I was a little concerned that it might be too long for the space, but the length is perfect (without more than about 9" of the chain). I had the chandelier installed so can't comment on the instructions or assembly, although there were no complaints from the electrician.
