over priced for what i received

I paid a little extra for the hand cut crystals. If the crystals were any less in quality they would be plain glass (maybe they are).
I also was not expecting to be assembling the ENTIRE chandelier. The frame had to be assembled, then each strand of crystals(?) had to be individually affixed to the frame. The instructions for all this were poor at best and incomplete.
It took longer to get then stated.
Poor quality
Misleading info on the web site
Overpriced for what I did get (even at the supposed sale price).
