I was very pleased with the speed of delivery, price, and quality of the light fixture. I had seen the exact same light fixture in a local shop--$200 more. I gave them the opportunity to match price which they would not. I am not wealthy enoght to pass up a $200 savings. Thank you Lghting Universe. Would do business anytime I could.

Very satisfied with this non traditional chandelier

This chandelier is beautiful in person and really changes the look of our dining room in a great way. We went with the melted look candles, it really gives it a great soft look. Not sure I would like it as much with the hard lined candles. Assembly wasn't too bad, though the light is pretty tall by itself, so we only ended up using one link in the chain to hang it for it to be high enough so it isn't in peoples way (and we have standard height ceilings). But even with that, it looks great. Very happy with this purchase. Had seen similar version in pottery barn, but like this one much better (it is narrower width wise so it fits our regular sized dining room better). So happy we got this!
