I looked at so many different chandeliers. There's such a thing as too many choices, but I kept coming back to this one and its simplicity and how it would be just perfect for our type of house and my decorating style. It was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My husband hung both lights, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room. He had trouble with the first one but the second one went much faster! We are very happy with them.

This is a great light. It looks great in our home that was built in the early 60's. It produces an astounding amount of light - just what we were looking for in our kitchen. I can now craft at the table while the kids are doing their homework. No eyestrain or shadows to deal with. The steps for installation on instruction sheet were out of order and covered steps that had been completed at the factory. Confusing and a waste of time while we pondered what the instructions meant. The Lighting Universe tracking system is disappointing at best. I received a notice that the item had been shipped, but no tracking number was provided. I had no way of knowing whether the light would arrive while we were out of town for Christmas. Fortunately, we received the package far quicker than I expected. But it would have been great if I had a tracking number that provided the delivery date. Other than these couple of small things, I love the light, and I would buy another Kichler light fixture.
