Products were shipped and received in a timely fashion. Chandalier assembled by worker easily. Have coordinating wall sconces that go well with big fixture. Fixtures provide plenty of light. Longevity unknown as it was just installed.

Instructions were good until you got to the part of the electrical connections, if you do this a lot you know rigid versus smooth, and what color they match up to; it would be difficult to understand from their instructions.
