I ordered this Chandelier and I'm very pleased with it. As others have said the instructions are useless which is one of the reasons I gave it only 4 stars, and the other reason is the poor condition I recieved this in from the shipping company (The box had huge holes in it... I actually had missing parts from another Chandelier I ordered here that had the same shipping issue).

Over all though the customer service department is excellent. They handled all my issues (including the missing parts from the other order) and made the buying experience as painless as possible.

The Chandelier is beautiful and I will buy one again from my next house.
