We looked at all the stores near our house for a chandelier. We could not find anything we liked. I found Lighting Universe on the web and found several lights we liked. We got this light for our dinette area and it looks great. When I ordered the light it was on back order and they gave an estimated time of shipping but to my surprise they got it in and shipped it a week earlier than expected. I am very pleased with the product and the company.

This item is perfect in our new kitchen. The brushed nickel finish is a bright,"true" light gray color. (sometimes fixtures are nickel over bronze and take on a slight brown tone. It gives off so much light that we are putting in a dimmer switch for times when we want a quieter tone to the room. The only problem we had was in the shipping. The box was actually torn open on one corner from top to bottom. I thought for sure there would be pieces missing, but it was so well packed that everything was intact. The round light had two of the square corners smashed, but it too was well packed and not a scratch or dent in it. I am very happy with the product and the service. It was also priced right.
