The quality is great but I wish they could have put the on/off switch on the actual light and not on the cord. It's too hard to reach when I clip it to the table next to my chair.

Life in a nutshell -- well, they wanted a title. That's a title.
This lamp provides much more light than those funky LED toys. Yes, it puts out some heat. The flexible neck makes the light very useful.

The photo implys that there is a stand. Since there is no stand, my wife doesn't want it.

Seems to be what I need.
Very bright light, of course,
but does cast a shadow.
