Fan arrived on time, all parts and in good condition. My husband installed the fan in our kitchen. he was only a little disappointed in the instructions but since installing other fans he got it up in about 2 hrs. He thinks it is very nice and is pleased w/it so we have a winner. The fan is quiet and doesnt wobble when running which was our main objective when thinking about a fan. It is very attractive and looks great in our kitchen.
