The fan is beautiful, but it is not very bright- pass-through lighting only. With the brightest bulb that is allowed you absolutely need other fixtures to light a room.

Not much more to say. It's a fine fan, the installation was simple, it works nicely with our vaulted ceiling, and we love the wall-mounted remote control.

Can this be used as a flush ceiling mount?
A:This fan can not be flush mounted. It does come tho with a down rod which is 2 inches.

Would I be able to replace the light on this fan with a different light kit?
A:Yes as long as it is a approved craftmade light kit.
