I love, love, love the look of this fan -- it's exactly what I was looking for. However, after about a week of it hanging on my covered deck, one of the metal arms literally cracked and broke in the middle, throwing the entire fan blade into the yard. We were lucky that nobody was hit and no windows were broken! I'm a little nervous about using it again now.
