I'm a designer and have incorporated this multi color LED strip lighting into my projects. The RGB Ribbon offers red, green, blue and even white. It's controlled from this small controller and I can set the colors I want on my strip light.

bar application

I ordered a 16' roll of RGB Ribbon with the transformer and controller. Very surprised how quickly it arrived to my house. I built a nice outdoor bar and added glass shelves behind the unit. I used the RGB Ribbon under the bar counter and behind the glass shelves. I was able to control both sections with a remote. I love the way all the LED colors fade in and out. I set the speed level very low and it turned out great. So far alot of compliments on the lighting, but not my custom bar I built. Oh well...thx lightinguniverse.

16' ribbon

The transformer they sell will only power 8' of the 16' roll. so you will have to buy 2 controllers and transformers.

Do you need some type of connector(s) if you buy the 16' and the transformer and the dimmer? A:According to the manufacturer you do not need a connector, they should just hook together. Elliott
