For the price, it had better be good, and it is. We like the options, such as the ability to change lenses without tools. We purchased the weighted base in order to have the flexibility of placement, and that was worth it too. Although expensive, such investments pay off over the life of the lamp, especially in a multi-use environment such as ours. The light is bright. The design of the lamp is quite pleasant as well.
